The answer is no. Which means that, if the Commandeer in my hand were a FoW, I would've won the game. Alas, I don't have an extra 100 tix lying around. Chalk another one up underneath the category of avoidable losses.

Having my opponent draw multiple copies of his 3-of wrath early each game was not ideal either, nor was drawing my last copy of Living End, which meant that even though I had cascade cards after being wrath'd for a second time in a row, I still wouldn't be able to reanimate my army back. As is typical, runners vs anti-runners, cards you must draw vs cards I must NOT draw. Oh well...
